Trans Lifeline is a grassroots hotline and non-profit organization (divested from police since day one) offering direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis – for the trans community, by the trans community.

Hotline
Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers. Call us if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you’re not in crisis or if you’re not sure you’re trans.
As of January 1st, 2024, Trans Lifeline’s hotline operating hours will be:
Monday through Friday:
10 AM – 6 PM Pacific
11 AM – 7 PM Mountain
12 PM – 8 PM Central
1 PM – 9 PM Eastern
We plan to re-open the Hotline on Saturday and Sunday later in 2024.
