About

Through education, advocacy and direct services for prevention and care, we are confronting HIV in communities most vulnerable to the disease.

Through education, advocacy and direct services for prevention and care, we are confronting HIV in communities most vulnerable to the disease.

Established in 1982, our mission is the radical reduction of new infections in San Francisco because we refuse to accept HIV as inevitable.

San Francisco AIDS Foundation welcomes thousands of people through our doors every year. We provide direct services for HIV prevention, testing and care in communities where need is greatest, including gay and bisexual men, young men of color, men over 50, and transgender men and women.
