They did a beautiful job!

Marc and his team did a down-to-the-studs remodel of my bathroom. It's so pretty now that I'm putting pics on Houzz. The price was upfront, clear, affordable and everything was in writing. They are absolute professionals with years of experience. After the demo was done, they corrected the poor plumbing and non-compliant-to-code electrical issues found. Marc is great at communicating any issues I needed to make a decision on and he offered helpful advice on tile, grout, fixtures and placement of all the above. It was a pleasure having Marc and crew work in my home since they're fun, personable guys. They always left the place clean at the end of the day and were nice enough to put my toilet back on every night. I'm definitely going to use Tight Lines Construction for my kitchen and window replacement and anything else my home needs. Marc can do it all! Give Marc a call for anything big or small, you will be so happy you did.

We needed some work done in our guest bathroom...tile, a new window, new faucet and drains. We found Tight Lines Construction and found their good reviews online a great place to start. We liked Marc when he came out to look at the job finding him both personable and knowledgeable. He texted me a bid and we agreed to the bid. The rest is too lengthy to fit in the allowed space for review. Here are the highlights...he presented a "agreement" at the end of his first day higher than his quote, he was not communicative about the job, he seemed offended and was condescending when we asked about the job, never worked a full weeks work, the job lasted 3 weeks instead of 1, didn't show up when he said he would, didn't finish the job, left a final bill and when asked he told my husband that he was handy and could finish it himself, was rude and disrespectful later claiming he was joking, left final bill will 10 hours of extra work and miscellaneous supplies (including multiple tile saw blades that broke because our tile was "exceptionally hard") and when asked for backup he accused us of being in a power play and became a bully, harassing us with phone calls, voice mails and emails (10:30 pm, midnight, 2:30 am) then finally submitting 15 hours of extra work and more supplies. We settled with him to make him go away and the harassment to stop. What should have been a fun project for us became a nightmare. And the topper? His license is expired since 2013. He will have a great answer to this review is his dismissive way. I did mention he was argumentative didn't I? Nasty voicemails available upon request.
