San Mateo County's First LGBTQ+ Center - The San Mateo County Pride Center is YOUR Community center. Come visit, hang out, and volunteer with us. We provide a broad range of services to LGBTQ+ individuals and families of all ages with specialized programming for youth and older adults. Wednesday Drop-In Hours: Now Open! Starting now, every Wednesday from 11:00am-2:00pm and 3:00pm-7:00pm, the Pride Center’s Case Manager, Alex Golding, is on-site, ready to support folks on a drop-in basis. Need help navigating housing, employment, and healthcare? Need a friend or someone to talk to? Come on by! Our doors are open. Clinical Services -Individual, family and partner counseling (MediCal, Sliding Scale) -Peer counseling and mentorship -Bi-lingual peer support groups -Crisis intervention -Case management Community Space -Regular drop-in hours -Meeting spaces -Educational workshops -Social, cultural and art events -Training program for local schools and health providers Resource Hub -Computer lab -LGBTQ+ library -Web based media cebter -Resource and service referrals Mission The mission of San Mateo County Pride Center is to create a welcoming, safe, inclusive, and affirming community climate that fosters personal growth, health, and opportunities to thrive for individuals of all ages, sexual orientations and gender identities through education, counseling, advocacy, and support.
