AIDS Project of the East Bay (APEB)
APEB's mission is to prevent new HIV infections and to support individuals living with the virus through programs prioritizing some of the most vulnerable and marginalized individuals. The corporation seeks to provide culturally sensitive, non-judgmental, and effective services to all persons and communities in Alameda County living with and at risk for HIV infection. As a community based organization dedicated to prevent the spread of HIV, we offer a variety of services including a drop-in clinic for trans youth and a wellness center for people without insurance. The Wellness Center provides is a community primary care clinic. APEB Wellness Center provides: Primary Health Care, Acute Care, Physicals, Vaccines and a variety of HIV related Lab work. Since 2001 the APEB Wellness Center has been providing high quality, state of the art, conscientious care to support the health of our clients in mind, body and spirit. At two convenient locations APEB Wellness Center provides: Primary Health Care, Acute Care, Physicals, Vaccines and a variety of HIV related Lab work.
